Clutch Car Care ("Clutch," "we," "us") operates the website clutchcarcare.com and the concierge pickup and delivery service for our collision and mechanical repair shop at 8 Tower Place, Newnan, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact and vehicle details you give us when you request a pickup or appointment: your name, phone number, email address, the address where we collect or return your vehicle, and your vehicle's year, make, model, color and license plate.
• Repair and insurance details you choose to share: a description of the damage or problem, photos you upload, your insurance company and claim number, and whether you need a rental vehicle.
• Photos our team takes of your vehicle when we collect it, while it's in our shop, and when we return it. We take these to document the vehicle's condition and protect both of us.
• Communications with you — calls, texts and emails about your repair — and notes our team records about them.
• Technical information when you visit the site: pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate region, and the device and browser you used. We use a first-party counter for this and do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To schedule, collect, repair and return your vehicle, and to keep you informed at each step.
• To write your repair plan and, when you ask us to, to communicate with your insurance company about your claim.
• To arrange a rental vehicle through Clutch or a rental partner when you request one.
• To respond to your questions and to improve our service and website.
• To meet our legal, safety and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• Your insurance company, when you've asked us to handle your claim or communicate with them.
• Rental vehicle partners (such as Enterprise, Hertz or Avis) when you ask us to arrange a rental.
• Service providers that help us run the business — website hosting, email and text delivery, and our shop-management and estimating systems. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Parts suppliers, towing companies and sublet repair partners when needed to complete your repair, limited to what they need.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our customers, team or business.

How long we keep it

We keep repair records, including photos, for as long as needed to support your repair, any warranty on our work, and our legal and accounting obligations — generally up to seven years. Website analytics are kept in aggregate only.

Security

Your information is stored with reputable hosting providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to Clutch team members who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email newnan@clutchcarcare.com or call (678) 857-3246.
• You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Our website works without cookies for tracking. Your browser may store small settings (such as a saved form step) that never leave your device.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
